Job Summary
Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours and general information about the community. Answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and friendly manner. Support leasing efforts by generating leads and assisting with follow-up. Prepare leasing paperwork under guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance. Help with move-in orientations and provide excellent resident onboarding experiences. Assist with resident events, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. Learn and maintain knowledge of floor plans, property amenities, and local market trends. Collaborate with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong people skills and a customer service background who are ready to start or grow a career in multifamily leasing. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance into Leasing Agent II and beyond.
