Job Summary
Leasing Consultants serve as the face of the community, conducting apartment tours, responding to inquiries, processing leasing applications and move-in paperwork, coordinating resident events, and supporting marketing and community outreach to drive occupancy and renewals. The role emphasizes welcoming, relationship-building, persuasive communication, and strong customer service to prospects and residents, with a focus on maintaining a positive, helpful experience and contributing to the property’s occupancy and community engagement goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- A CALP accreditation is a plus
