Job Summary
Conduct apartment tours, explain lease documents, and process applications to guide prospective residents through the leasing process. Assist with applicant screening, maintain traffic data, and implement sales strategies to meet occupancy goals. Support daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and coordinate resident events. Uphold high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions while participating in company training programs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Possess the qualifications and certifications required
- Committed to upholding safety, compliance, and excellent service standards
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a drug test
