Job Summary
Tour the community to help future residents find their next home, process lease applications, and type up leases. Plan and attend resident functions, collect and secure rental payments, and handle campaign research, reporting, and retention efforts. Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations. This role supports management with resident programs and retention initiatives at the Aster Conservatory Green apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience
- Valid driver's license
