Job Summary
Tour the community to help future residents find their next home, process lease applications, and type up leases. Plan and attend resident functions while collecting and securing rental payments. Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention efforts to maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations. This Leasing Consultant role at The Village at Sun Valley supports the leasing and marketing program, promotes the apartment community's positive image, and assists management with resident programs and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Tax Credit experience
