Leasing Consultant

Tour the community to help future residents find their next home, process lease applications, and type up leases. Plan and attend resident functions, collect and secure rental payments, and conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention efforts. Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations. This role supports the leasing and marketing program while assisting management with resident programs and retention at the Smoky Crossing apartment community.
