Job Summary
Tour the community to help future residents find their next home, process lease applications, and type up leases. Plan and attend resident functions, collect and secure rental payments, and conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention efforts. Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations. This role supports management with resident programs and promotes the positive image of the apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Tax Credit experience
