Job Summary
Tour the apartment community to help future residents find their next home, process lease applications, and type up leases. Plan and attend resident functions while collecting and securing rental payments. Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention efforts to maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations. Assist management with resident programs and promote the positive image of the apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Tax Credit experience
