Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant for HHHunt's Abberly Chase apartments responsible for turning inquiries into tours, leading property tours to help prospective residents find their ideal apartment home, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves listening to residents' needs, building relationships with teammates and the community, driving local awareness through onsite events and social media, and ensuring the grounds, amenities, and office are welcoming at all times. Strong emphasis on customer-focused service, engagement with residents and prospects, and collaboration with the team to achieve occupancy goals. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
