Job Summary
Conduct leasing tours, qualify potential residents, and manage lease paperwork to drive occupancy and facilitate smooth move-ins. Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents while addressing maintenance requests and lease inquiries. Collaborate with the team to plan resident events and ensure marketing materials and property listings remain up-to-date. Complete leasing documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure all compliance standards and regulatory requirements are met. Work Monday through Friday in the leasing office with possible weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret and apply business regulations effectively
- 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Able to work Monday-Friday in the leasing office with possibly weekends if needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and reliability
