Job Summary
Conduct property tours and showcase available apartment homes to assist prospective residents. Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation while coordinating move-in and move-out procedures. Respond promptly to resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents, maintain accurate leasing records, and support marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals. Assist with resident retention through lease renewal initiatives and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve concerns. Work Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Lodi, CA, with weekend availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Must be available to work weekends as business needs require
- Ability to walk the property, conduct apartment tours, and navigate stairs when necessary
- Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
