Leasing Consultant

Greet prospective residents, conduct personalized apartment tours, and respond to phone, email, and web inquiries to create exceptional first impressions. Drive leasing success by converting leads through follow-up and relationship-building, while completing applications, verifications, and new move-in paperwork accurately. Coordinate resident events, address community concerns with empathy, and assist in marketing the property via social media and outreach. Maintain a clean office and common areas to promote a welcoming environment. The role operates Monday through Saturday with evening and weekend availability for events. One weekday off is provided weekly. A valid driver's license is required, and a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation is a plus.
