Job Summary
Conduct leasing activities and lease-up operations for a new tax credit community property. Manage reception, customer service, and office duties including phone and file management. Provide excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain Yardi software proficiency and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite. Requires 2+ years of property management leasing experience; tax credit housing knowledge is a plus. Full-time role with competitive compensation including health, dental, PTO, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role
- Motivated and sales oriented
- Must have good communication skills and energetic personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Desired Qualifications
- prior leasing/lease up experience
- Tax Credit housing experience
- Tax credit/HOTTMA Compliance experience
- Yardi software experience
- Computer savvy and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
