Leasing Consultant

Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property tours while showcasing community features and apartment amenities. Guide applicants through the leasing and application process, prepare lease agreements, and manage online listings and marketing materials including social media outreach. Greet prospective residents professionally, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and deliver a seamless pre-move-in experience. Assist with lease renewals, move-in coordination, and unit preparation for showings. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leases while collecting fees and payments. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and update leasing systems and databases. This role supports day-to-day property operations within Guardian Properties' residential communities, blending comfort, service, and efficiency.
