Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service to future and current residents by conducting property tours, assisting with rental applications, and guiding lease signings. Support marketing initiatives online and offline to attract prospective residents while maintaining strong relationships with existing tenants to resolve issues and promote engagement. Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights, manage accurate resident records, and coordinate effectively with property management and maintenance staff. Work Saturdays and Sundays based on property need in a supportive, upbeat environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with people in an upbeat environment
- Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays based on property need
- Enthusiastic and professional customer service
- Ability to walk the property, show apartments, sit/stand for long periods of time, verbally communicate

- Experience working with seniors a plus
