Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsible for greeting prospective residents, showcasing community features, conducting apartment tours, answering inquiries via phone/email/in-person, qualifying applicants, assisting with lease preparation and renewals, and coordinating with maintenance to resolve resident concerns. Supports marketing efforts to attract new residents. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least 1 year of onsite Leasing Consultant experience; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing is a plus. Weekend and occasional evening availability required.
