Job Summary
Leasing Consultant assists the Community Leader in property management duties including showing available apartments, processing rental applications and waitlists, conducting inspections and move-ins/outs, placing residents in suitable homes, delivering notices, and performing various clerical tasks (credit checks, certification input, compliance reports). Responsibilities also include maintaining records, processing transfers/move-outs, handling service requests, and promoting good resident relations while minimizing vacancies. Requires strong communication and computer skills, ability to multi-task, and basic professional duties in an office setting.
