Job Summary
Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents while maintaining an updated inventory of available units and tracking renewal information. Establish rapport with potential residents, assess their needs, and verify rental applications for accuracy and compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, preparing move-in and welcome packages, and processing maintenance service requests. Support the move-in and move-out process to ensure apartments are clean and ready for occupancy. Represent the company professionally at all times, including rotating to other WPMC properties as needed. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to walk properties and lift up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to support property needs
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to walk properties, conduct apartment tours, and assist with move-ins/move-outs
- Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leasing or related sales experience (preferred)
