Job Summary
Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents while establishing rapport, assessing budgets, and maintaining updated inventory. Verify rental applications for compliance, assist with move-in and move-out processes, prepare welcome packages, and process service requests. Represent the company professionally across all properties, handling inquiries and administrative duties as assigned. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license, and the ability to walk properties and lift up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to support property needs
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to walk properties, conduct apartment tours, and assist with move-ins/move-outs
- Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods
