Job Summary
Leasing Consultant duties include handling day-to-day leasing and marketing operations for the property, greeting and assisting potential residents and visitors, following up on leads, processing guest cards and payments, and coordinating resident events. Responsibilities also cover marketing efforts with universities and local institutions, setting up campus promotions, touring competitors to inform leasing strategies, addressing resident questions and concerns, logging packages, generating mailings, and lease administration. Skills and experience emphasize customer service, sales abilities, knowledge of Fair Housing, and preferred property management leasing experience; educational requirements include a high school diploma or higher with a preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Required Qualifications
