Leasing Consultant

Meet with prospective tenants to ascertain needs, assist with viewing model apartments, and discuss facility details and lease terms. Complete lease forms, collect deposits, and track approval processes by contacting landlords and residents. Answer incoming calls, compile available unit listings, create advertisements, and represent the company professionally. Deal with resident concerns on a timely basis, distribute community notices, and walk grounds to communicate inventory. Consistently uphold community policies. This role supports Founders Property Management's mission to acquire profitable real estate investments and manage them for resident benefit within The Place at Oak Hills community in San Antonio, TX.
