LEASING CONSULTANT - Fontana Pointe/Avonlea Greene

Leasing Consultant at Fontana Pointe/Avonlea Greene in Greenville, TN. Responsible for assisting in advertising and promotions, establishing relationships with prospective and current residents, assisting with leasing, screening, and selecting residents per program laws and regulations, preparing lease packages, handling move-in/move-out processes, and executing resident services programming. Must have excellent attendance and communication skills, professional appearance, and willingness to travel for property business. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with One Site is preferred; 1 year of property management experience and experience with affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development is preferred. Duties include answering inquiries, touring model apartments, collecting rents, and supporting the community manager in emergencies. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
