Job Summary
Conduct tours, interview prospective residents, and process applications to secure leases at St. Andrews Apartment Homes. Execute marketing strategies, coordinate resident events, and handle move-ins while maintaining positive resident relations. Schedule move-ins, inspect premises, and address requests or complaints with courteous efficiency. Prepare market surveys and send resident notices to support community growth. Weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of sales or leasing experience
- strong social media and marketing skills
- exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- a passion for planning and executing resident events
- a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- a valid driver's license
- automobile insurance
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience as a leasing professional
- Up to one year of related experience or training
- Experience with virtual and in-person community tours
- Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
- Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
- Familiarity with the local market
