Job Summary
Conduct tours of model and vacant apartments, interview prospective residents to ascertain needs, and discuss lease terms and amenities. Process applications and lease paperwork in compliance with policies, schedule move-ins, and inspect premises for readiness. Execute marketing strategies including market surveys and resident events, while maintaining positive resident relations and handling requests or complaints. Follow up with new residents post-move-in and coordinate necessary maintenance. Weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience as a leasing professional
- Up to one year of related experience or training
- Experience with virtual and in-person community tours
- Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
- Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
- Familiarity with the local market
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
