Job Summary
Conduct tours, interview prospective residents, and process applications in compliance with policies. Accompany prospects to model apartments, discuss lease terms, and schedule move-ins while inspecting premises for readiness. Execute marketing strategies, prepare surveys, and coordinate resident events. Maintain positive resident relations by handling requests and complaints, and follow up post-move-in. Plan and execute marketing duties including social media and resident functions. Weekend work may be required.

Desired Qualifications
- At least two years of sales or leasing experience
- Strong social media and marketing skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Passion for planning and executing resident events
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar
- One year experience as a leasing professional
- Up to one year of related experience or training
- Experience with virtual and in-person community tours
- Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
- Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
- Familiarity with the local market
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
