Job Summary
Conduct tours of model and vacant apartments, interview prospective residents to ascertain needs, and process applications for approval. Accompany prospects to discuss room layouts, amenities, and lease terms, then schedule move-ins while completing all lease paperwork. Execute marketing strategies including market surveys and resident notices, and coordinate resident events. Maintain positive resident relations by handling requests and complaints courteously, and inspect premises periodically for maintenance readiness. Weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of sales or leasing experience
- strong social media and marketing skills
- exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- a passion for planning and executing resident events
- a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- a valid driver's license

- A valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience as a leasing professional
- Up to one year of related experience or training
- Experience with virtual and in-person community tours
- Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
- Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
- Familiarity with the local market
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
