Job Summary
Conduct tours, interview prospective residents, and process applications while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Accompany prospects to model apartments to discuss amenities and lease terms, then schedule move-ins and complete all lease paperwork. Plan and coordinate resident events, handle resident requests and complaints, and inspect premises periodically to arrange necessary maintenance. Execute marketing strategies including preparing market surveys and sending resident notices. Weekend work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years of sales or leasing experience
- strong social media and marketing skills
- exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- a passion for planning and executing resident events
- a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- a valid driver's license

- A valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Desired Qualifications
- One year experience as a leasing professional
- Up to one year of related experience or training
- Experience with virtual and in-person community tours
- Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
- Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
- Familiarity with the local market
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
