Job Summary
Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing sales, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments for resident readiness. Understand property features to market units effectively through online posts, social media strategies, and outreach. Support occupancy and retention by following up with potential and current residents while handling delinquent rent collections. Visually inspect the entire property daily for cleanliness and maintain accurate resident files and applications. Build relationships through courteous responses and collaborate to plan resident events. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service
- Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
- Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, Holidays and weekends
- Applicants will be required to pass a background check, and reference check prior to their first day to verify their employment eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish
