Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Barrett & Stokely in Noblesville, IN. Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give apartment/amenity tours, coordinate move-ins, and follow up with prospects. Develop and monitor on-site marketing programs, nurture merchant/neighborhood referral efforts, maintain high service scores, inspect apartments at move-in, assist with renewals and notices to vacate, and accurately process and report application fees, security deposits and rents. Enter prospect and resident data into Entrata in a timely manner and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy guidelines. Requires strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and customer service/sales experience or education.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- One (1) year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education) preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Valid driver's license preferred
