Show apartments to qualified prospects, sell community features, and close rentals. Process rental paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and conduct resident orientation. Respond to resident requests and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure satisfaction. This role includes weekend hours and offers a weekly schedule of 40 hours.
