Job Summary
Show apartments to qualified prospects; sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidates; process related rental paperwork; coordinate move-in of new residents and conduct resident orientation; respond to resident requests, including maintenance requests; follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction; leasing experience preferred but not required; flexible work schedule with weekend hours; compensation includes leasing commission on rentals up to $10,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience - 1-2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook - 1-2 years (required)
- Sales/Marketing - 1 year (required)
