Leasing Consultant in Altamonte Springs, FL responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting community tours, processing rental applications and lease renewals, answering inquiries, supporting resident retention, coordinating with maintenance, and assisting with marketing to support occupancy goals. Requires 1+ years leasing experience (preferred), strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with property-management software (Yardi/ResMan/On-Site is preferred).
