Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Ekos at Arbor Park in North Port, FL: Welcomes prospects and residents in person and by phone, schedules and conducts property tours, processes rental applications (screening and results), prepares rental agreements, and coordinates with maintenance. Maintains resident files, handles inquiries and complaints professionally, ensures property standards, and supports resident activities. Requires strong customer service, excellent communication, time management, and basic MS Office skills; Yardi/Onsite property management software experience preferred; bilingual is a plus. High school diploma or GED required; reading/writing English fluency and basic math skills needed; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
