Job Summary
Present community information to prospective renters in a professional manner to appeal to their rental needs; process applications for prospective residents and follow up to maintain communication; prepare lease contracts and coordinate residents moving in and out, documenting events and communicating status to departments; build rapport with residents by handling inquiries via phone and email; listen to resident concerns and help develop solutions; assist with documentation and procedures to ensure smooth leasing operations; maintain professional appearance and be flexible with work schedule, including weekends; leverage Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager or similar software to manage leasing workflows; on-site leasing duties at a Springfield, MI community.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Previous leasing experience is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred
