Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for presenting community information to prospective renters, detailing features of the community and surrounding area, building rapport through timely telephone/email communications, processing applications, preparing lease contracts, coordinating move-ins/outs with proper documentation, addressing resident concerns, and supporting on-site community operations. Requires prior sales or customer service experience; familiarity with property management software (Yardi Voyager) and Microsoft Office; weekend availability and reliable transportation are noted. Location is Grand Blanc, MI, on-site position with opportunities for growth and advancement within Edward Rose & Sons.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required
- Previous experience in multi-family property management is preferred
- Previous leasing experience is preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
