Leasing Consultant

Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and process lease applications to maximize occupancy. Coordinate with the marketing team for online ads and signage, while maintaining an up-to-date market study of competitors. Showcase apartment features, overcome objections, and ensure high-quality customer service for both residents and prospects. Accurately prepare all lease-related documents and maintain consistent follow-up on calls, emails, and site visits. Support the Community Manager with office maintenance, phone answering, and administrative tasks. This entry-level role includes weekend work and requires a reliable commute. A college degree and prior leasing experience are preferred.
