Job Summary
Leasing Consultant role responsible for welcoming prospects and residents in the office and by phone, scheduling and conducting property tours, handling resident applications (screening and results), renewing leases, coordinating maintenance/housekeeping as needed, maintaining organized resident files, ensuring standards and compliance, promoting resident activities, and delivering high-quality customer service with strong communication. Ideal candidate brings high energy, a positive attitude, and experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or property leasing), with proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Yardi/ResMan/OnSite PM software preferred; bilingualism is a plus. Must have a high school diploma or GED, fluent English reading/writing, basic math, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; strong organizational and interpersonal skills and an ability to seal the deal in a professional manner.
