Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant at TRG Management will interact with prospective tenants by managing the leasing and renewal process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Standards. Key responsibilities include interviewing tenants, conducting property inspections, processing applications, and following up with prospects. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, Conventional or HUD properties, or multifamily real estate
- Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities
- Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leasing experience is a plus
- Working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent in the hotel or hospitality industry is a bonus
- Onesite experience a plus
