Job Summary
Full-time Leasing Consultant responsible for generating leasing and resident engagement at a premier apartment community. Duties include making and taking phone calls with prospective residents, delivering sales presentations and tours, processing screenings and lease paperwork for applicants and renewals, creating resident activities, and providing professional service to residents, team members, and vendors. Ideal candidates demonstrate enthusiasm, strong selling/closing skills, professional office upkeep, proficiency with Word/Excel/Publisher/Outlook, and flexibility to work Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or face-to-face customer service
- Natural ability to express positive enthusiasm and connect with people
- Selling/closing skills
- Ability to maintain a professional office and work space
- Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and internet
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Willingness to work Saturdays
