Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant at Dietz Property Group for a full-time position at an apartment community in Blacklick, OH. Responsibilities include making and taking phone calls with prospective customers and residents, conducting sales presentations and tours, accurately processing screenings and lease paperwork, creating and participating in resident social activities, and providing professional service to residents, prospects, and team members. Ideal candidates should have selling/closing skills, the ability to maintain a professional office/workspace, experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook, and be willing to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays).
