Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Desert Sage is the on-site ambassador for the community, responsible for greeting prospective and current residents, conducting tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, processing rental applications and lease renewals, handling inquiries and service requests, supporting resident retention and marketing initiatives, maintaining accurate leasing records, coordinating with maintenance to uphold high standards, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, and promoting an inclusive, welcoming environment. Requires strong customer service, interpersonal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site) are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Experience in leasing or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, On-Site) preferred
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
