Job Summary
Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease signings. Perform daily property inspections to maintain show quality, handle lease enforcement including inspections and collections, and resolve resident complaints promptly. Analyze market trends to drive traffic through offsite marketing, social media, and referral programs while ensuring smooth resident move-ins. Work 40 hours weekly across Monday through Sunday with weekend availability, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in an office environment with frequent outdoor exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
Desired Qualifications
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels
