Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant role focused on showing and leasing apartments using effective sales techniques, generating leads through advertising and follow-up, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing knowledge of the rental product, presenting model apartments and highlighting benefits, maintaining the resident retention program, understanding rental policies and administrative requirements, generating leads via corporations and prospects, learning property accounting procedures, assisting in promotional campaigns (newspaper ads, direct mail, resident referrals), and performing general and additional assigned administrative duties. The position requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) and emphasizes communication, math, and problem-solving abilities. The work environment includes outdoor exposure and moderate noise; regular in-person interactions with customers and employees are expected.
