Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at a luxury high-rise community responsible for overseeing the full leasing journey from lead generation to tenant occupancy, delivering warm customer service, preparing leasing paperwork and maintaining regular reports, and creatively marketing the community online and locally while coordinating promotions to sustain high occupancy. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business or related fields)
- 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management preferred
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
- Experience with Yardi is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong focus on customer service and results
- Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships
- Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
