Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant responsibilities include driving leasing and occupancy by managing the full leasing process from initial contact to resident move-in, conducting tours of model units and vacant apartments, maintaining knowledge of community details (rent, vacancies, floorplans, lease expirations), coordinating with the Property Manager to meet daily leasing and renewal goals, processing security deposits and move-in fees, and ensuring professional, compliant administration of leasing operations. The role also encompasses Marketing & Community Engagement through supporting promotions, participating in off-site activities, monitoring advertisements, and analyzing market trends; plus maintaining an inviting leasing office and resident files, training and supervising a leasing team, and upholding Fair Housing laws. Additional duties include participating in training seminars, networking with the local community, coordinating resident events, and supporting resident retention and renewal programs.
