Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Assist with leasing apartments, complete necessary documentation, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with state laws and company policies. Process background checks, verify application information, and use property management software to manage leads and communications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, pricing, and lease terms while building relationships to support retention. Inspect market-ready units, communicate service needs, and ensure prompt resolution of tenant maintenance complaints. Ensure the leasing office and model units remain clean and welcoming.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Pre-employment drug test and background screening

- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
