Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Assist with leasing apartments, complete necessary documentation, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with state laws and company policies. Process background checks, verify application information, and draft termination notices or initiate legal action for unpaid rent. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability and pricing, inspect market-ready units, and ensure the leasing office remains clean and welcoming. Use property management software to manage leads and update records, while supporting marketing efforts and resolving tenant maintenance complaints. Weekends and holidays may be required. Valid driver's license and background screening are required.
