Job Summary
Show and lease units to prospective residents while conducting daily outreach marketing and walking the marketing path. Process lease applications, handle resident questions and complaints, and assist with retention efforts. Complete and maintain all resident and property files, execute Fair Housing Practices, and support the Property Manager with administrative tasks like answering phones. Work weekends on a rotating schedule with Saturday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Prior Leasing experience
- Strong sales experience with a customer service focus
- Comfortable resolving conflict
- Strives working in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and team oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
- Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Must be available to work weekends
- Saturdays are required on a rotating schedule
Desired Qualifications
