Job Summary
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, converting leads into scheduled tours and guiding prospects through tailored property tours. Conduct discovery conversations to connect prospect needs with available units, then accurately prepare lease agreements, addenda, and move-in documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Support resident retention by addressing concerns, completing move-in inspections, and assisting with community events while maintaining accurate records in property management software. Work a flexible schedule including weekends to meet monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Basic computer proficiency including email, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn property management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, as leasing activity peaks on Saturday and Sunday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, leasing, or any customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or equivalent.
- Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales or performance goals in a prior role.
- Knowledge of basic fair housing principles.
