Leasing Consultant - Centre at Columbia Court - Houston, TX

Greet prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and via electronic communication while conducting community tours to showcase apartments and amenities. Assist applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in, processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately. Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly, supporting retention efforts through outstanding customer service. Maintain organized resident files and inspect community appearance to coordinate with maintenance staff. Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to support occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
